Policy

Phase 1 cottage pads: USD $4,000 reservation, credited to the 50% deposit that starts fabrication. Lots 31–36 are already reserved. Pad lease is monthly: $400 for 20×40, $700 for 40×40, and $1,300 for 40×80.

Villa lots 1–10 are open for custom modular homes by BOXABL PH only. Lease starts at $2,150 a month on lot 1 and rises 6% on each lot closer to the ocean. The $10,000 reservation includes the full design, plans, and a 3D rendering.

Grounds care is USD $50 a month, billed as used. It is not added to an Airbnb checkout. Solar is the only cottage add-on.
