Terms of Service

These terms cover use of this configurator and quotes issued by BOXABL PH CONSTRUCTION Corp., an SEC-registered company in the Philippines. BOXABL PH is not affiliated with BOXABL USA. We are an SEC-registered company in the Philippines.

A quote is good for 30 days. Prices are in US dollars, FOB HRH Beach Community, San Rafael, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The 10% pre-sale discount applies to the cottage. Solar, if added, is discounted separately at 20% off its regular price. Included items and exclusions are stated on the order ticket.

A cottage reservation of USD $4,000 holds a Phase 1 pad and is credited to the 50% fabrication deposit. A villa reservation of USD $10,000 is for a custom modular home by BOXABL PH and includes the design, plans, and a 3D rendering. It is not a Signature Series pad hold. Monthly pad or villa lease is billed separately.

Submitting a configuration does not transfer a lot, start fabrication, or create a construction contract until BOXABL PH confirms it in writing and the stated payment is received. Permits, lot title, crane, freight beyond FOB, furniture, and tax are not included unless the ticket says they are.
